BSAP to BSA Internal Transfers

Both kinds of row are generated automatically - there is no manual create step. Stock at cost: BSA sold Wholesale/BSAP hidden stock on a parts sale. BSAP sale proceeds: a BSAP-billed sale was paid online through Big Sky Aviation's Stripe account (BSAP has no Stripe account of its own); BSA owes BSAP the net proceeds - the sale less Stripe's fee, refunds and disputes - kept current as payments, refunds and disputes arrive, one row per sale. Reimbursement is recorded here and never changes the customer invoice.
