Check Out Part
Checks out units into your possession. Stock counts don't drop yet - they decrement when you scan onto a work order. Return whatever you don't end up using on the My Checkouts page.
Parts room: pick the tech these parts are going to (e.g. at PBI). Leave blank to check out to yourself.

Lot-tracked part. Pick the lot you're physically pulling.
If you already know the WO. Otherwise just scan onto a WO later - it'll auto-close.
Update Stock
Pick the location whose stock you're updating, enter the new on-hand count, and confirm.
-
This part is serialized - its stock follows the individual units, so counts can't
be set per-location here. Pick the unit and where it's going; the unit and the
location counts move together.

Print Stickers
Search for a bin to print all of its labels
Pick a bin and every part stored in it prints one label. Serialized/lot parts print one label per unit.
Merge Part Numbers
Combine a duplicate into the part you want to keep
This cannot be undone. Stock is summed per location; bins, lots, receipts and checkouts move to the kept part; the duplicate is deleted. Issued invoices and POs keep their original part number.
Bins at -
List each bin and how many units sit in it. The location's on-hand total is set to the sum below.

Holding Queue

⚙ Holding bins ▸

Tip: separate fields with " · " to keep the labeled view above.
Import Grant Inventory Sheet
Drop in the BSA STOCK spreadsheet to load or refresh stock.
Condition Only Update does not create parts, does not create stock, and does not change quantities.
For matched bins, the spreadsheet will replace the condition split for that bin.
Inventory Excel Import
Upload a parts sheet (CSV), preview it, then choose the destination location.
Accepted headers: Part Number, Description, Quantity, Unit Cost, Bin, Condition. Export Excel as CSV.
Stock Drift Audit
Read-only. Finds where location, bin, and condition-bucket quantities disagree. Nothing is changed.
